Cadillac Palace Theatre Rules

Before attending a show at the Cadillac Palace Theatre, review the rules and come prepared. Each theater in Chicago has slightly different policies, while all Broadway in Chicago shows also have a few overlapping policies.

These are the rules set by the Cadillac Palace Theatre:

» No outside food or drink is permitted in the theater.

» Cameras and recording devices are not allowed.

» No refunds or exchanges are available for tickets purchased for Broadway in Chicago events.

» Children under five are not permitted to attend most Broadway performances as a courtesy to other patrons.

» Children must have their own tickets.

» No personal checks are accepted as payment at the box office or concessions throughout the theater.

Additionally, Broadway in Chicago has set these rules for all of its theaters:

» You must turn off cell phones and electronics during the performance.

» Disruptive behavior during the performance will be monitored. Talking, phone use, coughing, and crying children could lead an usher to ask you to step out of the theater to minimize disruption to other theatergoers.

» Mobile ticketing is available. Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you have questions about what you can bring into the theater or any other rules, contact the administrative offices at (312) 977-1700.
