The Neil Diamond Musical is led by lauded veteran director Michael Mayer and presents a widely praised book by New Zealand playwright Anthony McCarten.
Through captivating songs, dance, and theatrics, this upcoming musical depicts the behind-the-scenes anecdotes of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Neil Diamond.
The musician himself strictly collaborated with the production team to preserve its authenticity, strongly advocating mental health awareness through Neil’s therapy sessions-framed narrative. Keen theater-goers are also in for a riveting treat as the musical exhibits many of his most influential hits, such as “Solitary Man,” “Sweet Caroline,” and “Song Sung Blue.”
Fronting A Beautiful Noise’s world-class cast are lead actors Nick Fradiani and Mark Jacoby, who’ll be filling in the parts of a young and old Neil. Alternating, the duo will detail the aspects of the artist's personas on and off the stage, unveiling interesting new angles from his Brooklyn days of youth to his record-setting superstardom.
